to the above story of your anxieties and depression..The dr not listening... only now after many yrs am I starting to get help. From my experience tablets was their only answer and many times I tried rejecting tablets. I was made to feel that tablets were the only option I had. Now many yrs down the line, I'm unable to do without the tablets and panic at the slightest thing. I believe, at the time they made me worse..Good luck though.
