I have attended an 8 week pain management course which has helped me so much, understanding pain and how the medication helps. I've got to meet lots of new people too.

After the 8 week pain management course finished we got the option to join a relaxation class and, again, it has helped me so much. I would also like to say the staff that run the course are lovely, caring people and really make you feel at ease. Excellent. I would recommend it to anybody.
