"It was not a hot day but the conditions..."

About: Royal Lancaster Infirmary

What I liked

It was not a hot day but the conditions inside the clinic was hot sticky and unpleasant. Even the doctors were clearly finding it unpleasant to work. The clinic at one time had a waiting time of one hour this was then extended to two hours. The nursing staff kept the patients informed of the waiting times. These conditions do not lead to good treatment. Is there no windows or air conditioning. Fans would have helped.
