"he nurses and Drs were fantastic, But..."

About: Cheltenham General Hospital

What I liked

he nurses and Drs were fantastic, But the management acted like they were a god and refused my working assistance dog, ordering me about if I was a kid, I am 50 years of age and stressed out enough with heart problems. Don't go here if you want to be shouted down to like a 2 year old and assistance dogs are allowed everywhere and make sure you have defra or vet paper work to shove under their noses.

What could be improved

Train your staff about the valuable services the dogs do for their owners and how they are an extension of their lives and an early warning system and stop stressing out patients. As i told this particular admin manager i was at the hospital for my heart condition should i left my legs behind as it was not an extension of my body or problem. These dogs are invaluable to their owners.

Anything else?

Change your policies and also put signs everywhere that service/assistance dogs are allowed in the hospitals and everywhere else
