What I liked

I took my elderly Mum who is in a wheelchair to Clinic 6 today & all the staff were very helpful. My Mum was sick and the nurse on duty was very kind and looked after my Mum well. The Doctor was very caring and the person in the Bloodtesting unit was excellent at taking my Mum's blood which usually staff find very difficult. The new reception area and entrance is so much better and the lifts to the first floor clinics were working well.

Everywhere was very clean and bright.

Congratulations to everyone for making our hospital visit as easy as possible.
