What could be improved

people with small children should be able to wait in the area specially made for them not with other people waiting at A&E

I came with my daughter who had 39.5 C temperature by an Ambulance and I was asked to wait with a baby and 4 year old with fever in the main hall with other people despite I was breastfeeding. It took 2,5 hours for her to be seen and another 45 minutes waiting for a medications in a hospital pharmacy. She was very unwell and her temperature was 39.5 but still we had to wait in a main hall, long, long hours
