What I liked

There were a few of the staff that were very cheerfull , they made you laugh that helpe'd pass the day on ,

What could be improved

There was only 1 shower and 1 toilet for 9 people ! which mean't if you wanted a shower you had to be very fast in case some 1 wanted the toilet , they should've put the toilet and shower seperate !! ,

Anything else?

On the tuesday the 20th july, i buzzed for the nurse , about 12.30am has i was haveing some chest pain , i felt sick and clamey the charge nurse came turned the buzzer off , gave me some paracetamol and told me to go to sleep !!, i never saw her again till later on in the morning , but she never came back to to me at all ! i was dissgusted ! has far as i knew i could've been haveing a heart attack !,
