"My Father is currently in the Central..."

About: Central Middlesex Hospital

What I liked

My Father is currently in the Central having been transfered from Willesden hospital with a chest infection. He is very elderly, frail and a little baffled at times but throughout his transfer by ambulance - and the ambulance staff were nothing short of magnificent in their approach to and care of my Dad - admission through A&E and his transfer to the ward, in which he now being cared for, he and my anxious Mum have been treated with care and respect and included in all aspects of his care.

I hope the hospital staff realise that the inclusion of relatives as well as the patient in the care planning is very much appreciated and vital to making what is a very stressful time much easier to cope with.

Thank you all so much.

We were pleased to learn that your father and his family have been treated with care and respect during his admission to Central Middlesex Hospital. We hope that your father is now feeling better and recovering from his chest infection.
