What I liked

I would give birth again at Wexham Park, especially after the complications that I went through in the weeks following the birth.

SCBU nurses and midwives kept me and my husband sane during the 8 days my son was a patient. They kept us updated hourly on his treatments/progress, they are true professionals and extremely caring. I can't say enough wonderful things about the staff.

The labour ward (and Ward 22) were quite good and helped in my recovery. The room was clean as were the showers.

What could be improved

They are severely short handed, they need help in keeping the excessive non-visiting hours visitors quite and in-check, we had a family of houligans terrorising our ward.

They should not have discharged a 5 week prem baby next day (which led to us entering SCBU 2 days later).
