What I liked

The dedication of the staff, the respect shown to me, the skill of the doctors and the food!

What could be improved

I had to wait over 2 weeks for a transfer to another hospital to arranged. When I complained to a doctor about the unnecessary delay one Saturday afternoon, I was moved by ambulance and in my new hospital's bed within 3 hours. Somebody wasn't doing their job properly.

Anything else?

I like the size and feel of Macc Hospital. I like the Macmillan Suite but most all I like the staff that work there - volunteers up to consultants (not too sure about the administrators).
