What I liked

I chose Southmead as it seemed to be the most suitable place in terms of experience for the treatment i needed.

What could be improved

The longer you are on the waiting list, it seems the further away an appointment becomes! was originally told 14 - 16 weeks, which would be inside their targets. However it now looks as if I am having to wait 20 -22 weeks, and even then I do not have an exact date!
