What I liked

The staff and Doctors provided me with the ultimate care, protecting my dignity at all times as i struggled with my disorder. The caring staff made my stay during June for 7 days then July for 8 days very comfortable and reassuring. The domestic staff, cleaners and the kitchen staff carried out their duties to the highest standards and are a credit to our NHS. I have to thank so many people, the consultant, thank you sir for returning my life to me, I will never be able to repay the det of gratitude i owe you, your staff on ICU, SAU and wards 10 and 22 are so unbelieveabley professional, I saw the very high demands placed on Doctors and staff at first hand. Your all a credit to your chosen vocation and a great asset to our NHS.

Well done and thank you so much for all your care and attention.

What could be improved

Get rid of the rip off TV and Radio service who left me without TV during he word cup for 39 hours! They are unsupportive and dispite my e-mail complaints since my discharge, they have not the common decency to even reply.
