"My sister, on a visit to us from..."

About: Lymington New Forest Hospital

What I liked

My sister, on a visit to us from Cambridgeshire, unfortunately had a fall at Kings X, London.

I met her at Brockenhurst station.

I thought it would be advisable to take her to Lymington, Minor Injuries department, where it was discovered she had broken a bone in her wrist.

She was dealt with very sympathetically and very satisfactorily.

She has since returned home, and went to her local hospital, as advised by you.

Re-plastered, which is to be removed in three weeks' time.

The other matter I would like to mention is regarding the very kind lady we met in the hospital reception area.

We were approached to see if she could help us.

She, also, was very polite and helpful.

My sister also intends to contact you to express her thanks.

Thank you very much.

What could be improved

Nothing

Anything else?

Thank you again.

Thank you for taking the time to advise us of the positive experience that you encountered on bringing you sister to Lymington New Forest Hospital. I will pass you comments on to our staff both in the Minor Injuries Unit and also on reception as I am sure they will be delighted to hear your praise.
