"That there were people in the back of..."

About: Barnet Hospital

What I liked

That there were people in the back of the treatment centre being looked after.

What could be improved

Nurses not shouting at mentally ill people and talking about them where everyone could hear.

Nurses not being massively disrespectful to the homeless that were there, I understand this is a difficult situation, but everyone deserves respect.

I was treated with no respect and was not at any time offered pain relief. The triage nurse was aware that I was suffering with photo sensitivity yet did not suggest putting me in a darker room.
