What could be improved

It is impossible to contact the outpatients staff. The phone goes unanswered for hours, or someone picks it up and then immediately hangs up. I was passed through 5 different phone numbers, none of whom were able to rebook an appointement. It is tragic that such a wonderful hospital with such talented doctors and nurses should be let down by the disgraceful standard of its administration staff.
