What I liked

From the moment I walked through the door with my little suitcase on wheels to have a hip replacement I was treated with smiles and helpfulness. Every member of staff should be proud of their conduct. The operation went so well and after -care great, with any little discomfort attended to. Many thanks to everyone involved. I am now waiting to be signed off and can get back to driving and a normal life.

What could be improved

It would have been lovely to have an area such as a lounge overlooking the gardens as a change from the ward and bed.
