What I liked
Staff always friendly, helpful and willing to help everyone. No distractions or disturbances which enabled a peaceful surroundings.
The food, whilst a bit salty, was well cooked and tasty.
Anything else?
I was impressed by how content the staff seemed to be in what is normally a depressing area.
