I had a good/bad experiance when i came into hospital some of the nurses on my ward were kind enough but some just ignored you. A doctor was very rude to myself and a few other patients and sometimes i felt patronised, one doctor even spoke about my state infront of the whole ward while washing there hands in the sink and didnt bother to come into my cubicle to talk about my condition which i thought was very rude. Hospital very clean and tidy and cleaners are always working hardest.

Thank you for taking the time to comment on your experience. I am sorry to hear that your experience regarding the attitude of staff has tainted your perception of the hospital. The information you have provided will be passed over to the nursing directorate and doctors training department for action. I hope that any future experience of the hospital is more positive.
