"Lack of Concern"

About: Rotherham Doncaster and South Humber NHS Foundation Trust

(as a service user),

Why is it RDASH's responses all appear to be copied and pasted. It would be nice to get a more detailed response, perhaps from a manager or Director from the service area where the problem has occured.

Other Trust's seem to respond to concerns raised by their staff, service users and carers. Some even make changes!

Dear red10,

Thank you for taking the time to send your posting to Patient Opinion.

I can assure you that we do not copy and paste responses.

We always endeavour to offer a quick initial response on behalf of the Trust. The appropriate Clinical Service Manager is also invited to offer a response, wherever possible. This may take some time, but they will endeavour to offer a response within 25 working days. Where the posting has led to a change we shall post this with the response.

We welcome direct contact with people who use our services to consider ways in which we can make improvements, which is why we usually offer PALS as a contact point.

The Trust values your opinion and has responded with changes following postings.

Yours,

Nick
