During my stay at Nottingham's Queen's Medical Centre for the treatment of osteoporosis, all personnel were polite and helpful. However, it could possibly require more staff (as there was a long wait at the haematology department) and signs and directions around the hospital could be made a little clearer. Also, I feel that the follow-up letter to my GP (of which a copy was sent to me) was an incomplete and gave a rather misleading account of the consultation.
"Polite staff at Nottingham QMC, but poor follow up to my GP"
