"Thank you for fantastic service at Ormskirk outpatients clinic"

I would like to say a thank you to the staff at Ormskirk outpatients clinic for the fantastic service I received when I attended the outpatient clinic to have a blood test taken, I arrived at the clinic at 09-30hr and was back in my office in Wrightington at 10-30hr. As a busy Contracts Manager for Lancashire County Council I was impressed by how well the system ran to get each patient attended to as quickly as possible without fuss. I would just like to thank the staff at the Ormskirk hospital out patients clinic for providing an excellent service.
