What I liked

I took my 2 year old son in for a blood test this morning. I was expecting a major ordeal, but the ladies in the phlebotomy dept made it as easy and as painless as they could. No tears, just lots of empathy and professionalism.

We're sure that the staff in our blood clinic would say that your experience is what they aim to provide day in, day out. But it's nice to have such positive feedback and we'll make sure that they get to hear it.
