What I liked

I was treated as an out-patient for a broken ankle. Everything went very smoothly. Waiting times on visits to the hospital were very short, nothing like the hours of waiting I remember from when I was younger.

What could be improved

Arrangement for getting transport to and from the Infirmary with a leg in plaster could have been simpler and clearer.
