What I liked
Some staff were lovely but the majority of staff were not friendly or helpful. The food was terrible but worst of all nursing staff did not seem familiar with my case, the reason i was being treated, the medication I was on & why and there was obviously no communication between th medical and nursing staff. The situation did not inspire me with confidence at all.
What could be improved
Food, Communication between staff and communication to me the patient, Hygiene on the ward, the manner of certain staff
