What I liked

Bevan Ward is an exceptionally well-run, clean, tranquil and efficient ward. The staff saw my family through the distressing time of my father's last weeks, and offered excellent palliative care. The treatment was welcoming and respectful, and the single rooms offered much-needed privacy.

What could be improved

Occasional miscommunication between nursing staff.

Anything else?

One particular nurse is to be commended for their leadership on the ward - and their sympathetic treatment of patient and relatives at a distressing time.
