I went into Queens Medical Centre, Nottingham for a biopsy at the Dermatology clinic. The nurse was excellent - she was professional, passionate about her job and she explained everything in a very clear way. She also washed her hands in front of me - excellent!
Two medicals students sat in on my consultation without asking me - I didn't mind, but others might, and so may not feel able to say so as the students are already there when you enter the room.
