What I liked

staff were good.

What could be improved

I Food situation was abysmal ( in May 2008) for diabetic - sugar laden cakes etc and hi- carb bread sandwiches on sundays. If you go in - get Red cross food parcels from home!

On out-patient visits - appointments always run late and appointments regularly get cancelled and re-scheduled sometimes more than once!

The Trust tries to provide a variety of food to meet all dietary requirements, but apologises if this variety was not available during your stay. We are also sorry for any inconvenience that may have been caused due to your appointments running late or being cancelled, as a Trust we try to minimise all cancellations and delays where possible and will continue to do so in the future.
