What I liked

I stayed in the Royal Alexandra Childrens section of this hospital. I was there for a colonoscopy and endoscopy. When I arrived I was nervous but the kind nursing staff put my queries to ease. I was involved in all the discussions about my health and what treatment they were going to give me. I would recomend this hospital to anyone. :)

What could be improved

While waiting for your operation/treatment there isn't very much for older children to do, it is mainly based around the younger children,

Thank you for your feedback which will be passed on to the staff who looked after you at the Alex. It is wonderful to hear you would recommend our hospital and your comments regarding the waiting area will also be passed on. If you ever visit the Alex again we have laptops available for older children during the day that can be borrowed from the hospital teaching staff. We hope you are recovering well.
