What could be improved

Receptionist exceptionally rude. Very sarcastic when asking for my address and didnt know my knew post code or mobile number and was even more rude when she asked me about next of kin as i said i dont have one. The nure who checked paperwork was very arrogant and the area of the hospital i was in smelt badly, and in general need of a clean up and tidy, the waiting area is a tip. I dont take kindly to being asked why i have not recieved all vaccinations i "should" have done in such a sarcastic way and i didnt like the way this nurse tried scaremongering me into needing them. This is my personal choice. Will not use stroud again. The reading test i was subjected to was not very appropriate either. I am dislexic and found that the nurse tried to humiliate me on two occasions. The main nurse treating me was however excellent.
