I have a appointment 16th July 11-00am I received a letter stating the appointmeht had been changed to 11:20am. What time ,cost and effort was made to send this letter out for the sake of 20 minutes, as you know many times you can wait 20 mins to be seen after the time of a appointment. If this is a rule can something be done to change the length of time before a letter is sent? I am very happy with the standerd of service I get from your hospital but I do think we should make the effort to try and save money where possible, this is not the first time.
