What I liked

Very efficient staff.Very punctual appointments, no waiting. Very bright clean hospital and friendly reception .

What could be improved

On one occassion on a minor injuries visit I was given excellent advice and care.

How ever the muscual skeletal care I recieved I was less happy with.I could have been more involved in my choice of treatment as I was not on this occasion.I didnt feel i had much choice or say in my care.
