What I liked

Consultant was brilliant and explained everything really clearly.

Everyone was very friendly.

Ward brand new and looked clean.

What could be improved

Not much privacy. I could hear every word staff said to other patients and no doubt they all heard everything about me.

Everything is clean and shiny in the new ward now, but I wonder if it will stay so clean? I told staff that a patient had been sick, but when I left 3 hours later nobody had been to clean it up.
