What I liked

Admittedly, it took months to get my operation lined up. However, when the day came every person from the anetheatist, nurses, doctors & surgeons were very professional and caring. I was nervous to have a little procedure and it was so good I didn't want to leave. I want them to receive this feedback as im sure they are constantly bomarded with complaining patients who probably don't realise the pressure they are under. Well done in day operations!
