What I liked

Treated wit respect by all staff who without fail demonstrated a high level of professionalism that inspred trust and reassurance throughout a very traumatic period

What could be improved

the food was not inspring however the staff who served it were unfailingly pleasant and cheerful. That said nobody goes to hospital for a holiday so food is of secondary impotance to care!

Anything else?

Repeated screening for MRSA and ward areas that were continually cleaned reduced the fear of hospital acquired infections.

The dedication of the emergency team and the level of resources that were mobilised for my emergency surgery was quite astonishing on a sunday afternoon!
