What I liked

It was with trepidation that I attended Clinical assessment Rheumatology.

My experience could not have been better. The receptionist was very polite and friendly. The person I saw was amazing, taking time to explain what was happening to me (tennis elbow and possible nerve damage) They also did both assessments so ensuring that I did not need to return.

Further referral were made, and I have been seen very promptly. A very good service were you are made to feel involved in your treatment and options available.

What could be improved

Quicker response time in reception pick up.
