What I liked

My wife was admitted as an emergency on 6th March with a heart problem and the A&E were brilliant.She was told she needed a heart scan and some blood tests and moved to the assesment ward given some medication which improved the problem and sent home the following day with a supply of the medication.

What could be improved

Unfortunatley the blood tests werent done,eventually after 6 weeks she had an echo done (at the old DRI) in early May,since then despite several telephone calls to my doctor's secretary no appointment or results have been forthcoming,she was told there is nothing on the computer ,yesterday morning 5th July after telephoning again she was told it will be chased up.So 12 weeks plus since A&E there has been no diagnosis or anything further.Yesterday afternoon 5th of July she was admitted to Roscommon hospital in Ireland whilst on holiday and they are going to try to elicit the information from you this morning 6th July so they can treat her.So I sincerely hope you can find the results.
