What I liked

Thank you very much to the Staff (Nurses, Doctors and cleaners) of the Royal Victoria Hospital and to the physiotherapists who took care of me after a bad fall when I was visiting Newcastle at the Easter weekend. I was very impressed by the level of care given to me. Please also pass on my thanks to the volunteer driver, who drove me safely to the Royal Alexandra Hospital in Paisley. I am still getting Physio at my local health centre and am improving every day, but it is going to be a while before I can walk as before. Thanks again, I will never forget you!
