What could be improved
Dear Hospital
I have just tried to phone my Aunt who is a patient in your hospital. Unfortunately, once connected through to the phone you take to patients, reception was very poor indeed and we could not hear each other at all clearly. Can I suggest that you give consideration to replacing the phones.
