What I liked

The staff listened, they were not dismissive, they operated and treated my illnesses and I didn't feel rushed to leave. On arrival they were ready for me and started work immediately to make me more comfortable. Simply fantastic.

What could be improved

Leaving on a Saturday proved difficult for the nurses as they had to co-ordinate paperwork and doctors. It was time consuming as they had to find an emergency doctor to sign off sick certificate. Surely this could have been avoided if the paperwork had been pre-signed the day before?

Anything else?

Food okay but not much fresh fruit on offer. This could perhaps be offered at breakfast time.
