"Staff were called immediately ..."

About: Chase Farm Hospital

What I liked

Staff were called immediately but refused to remove it. Being told they are as scared as I am. Difference is I am segrogated on the labour ward as have gastro enteritis I am too weak to barely move and am not allowed to use another loo. I'm disgusted that I have to tip toe around this massive cockroach. I'm worried it will come under the door but I'm told that it's too big to fit under the door by one nurse. Oh how comforting!!!

What could be improved

No cockroaches would be nice. This is not a dirty restaurant it's a labour ward where cleanliness should be a priority!!! I'm appauled and at 31 weeks pregnant I'm not convinced I want to give birth here now.
