What I liked
i couldnt fault how well the nurse that saw me immediately for bad whiplash, she was brilliant and made me feel much less worried about the pain in my back. I think she deserves a pat on the back. She was also very clear at explaining the prescription drugs she put me and my boyfriend so that it would be less painful :)
What could be improved
