What I liked
I can see no reason for a complaints department when it appears nothing is done about it. I would like confirmation and more interest taken in dealing with compaints.and a reply to my complaint. also a email address for the hospital. I shall n ow have to write a letter.
Anything else?
The food was good that is more than I can say about the hospital
