What I liked


I would like to make a comment about the receptionists in the Radiography department. They were absolutely brilliant. I had an Ultra scan on my stomach, my appointment was 10-00, which was right on time, to the minute. I came to the hospital by ambulance car, and wasn't allowed anything to eat or drink that morning. At 12-00 I was still awaiting for an ambulance car. They asked me if I would like some sandwiches, they explained that I could be waiting for some time, I said I can't eat sandwiches, I am Celiac, they said what can you eat, I said chips. They phoned someone, and I was delivered a box of chips, and they insisted on paying, what more can I say. They were absolutely brilliant, and extremely efficient. Well done NHS. I can't fault the treatment I have had.
