I miscarried my baby just before Christmas, and went to the EPU at the Princess Alexandra Hospital in Harlow. The staff were all very kind and considerate; they let me wait in the Doctors' resting room so that I didn't have to sit with all the pregnant ladies in the waiting room. They were informative and, although there was nothing they could do for me, I felt that they explained things well.
