What I liked

Nurses, doctors and staff were friendly, understood my worries and put me at ease. I was well informed about the procedure and associated risks. Everything went fine.

I witnessed another patient being extremely rude to a member of staff and I feel they dealt with it well, calmly and professionally, to diffuse the situation.

What could be improved

There was a lot of waiting prior to my operation. I was discharged within 15 minutes of coming around which was quite worrying for the family member collecting me. I feel I was rushed out the door.
