What I liked

It is, or rather was, a delight to visit Mt Vernon Hospital - staff are excellent and the hospital well maintained but then an absurd £3.50 standard charge for parking was introduced. This is exhorbitant. I recently attended for an MRI scan which took around 40 mins. No option - minimum £3.50. In effect I had to pay a higher parking charge for that period than if I drove into central Westminster. I urge the Trust to re-consider this policy which represents a tax on health care.
