What I liked

I visited Edgware hospital for a dental outpatients appointment on 3 occassions and I found most of the staff to be friendly and welcoming (the reception staff could improve on this though, they seemed quite moody and unapproachable). I did not have to wait ridiculously long amounts of time for my turn. I was also able to get appointments within the next few weeks rather than having to wait months and months for an opening. The waiting area and treatment room was very clean.

What could be improved

Wider range of appointment times to fit in with those who work e.g. evenings or weekends. I work for the NHS myself and find it impossible sometimes to get time off work.
