I gave birth to my son at Hull Royal on April 4, 2006. My husband and I were quite satisfied with the care we received. I was in labor for 14 hours and had an emergency caesarean. That is why I am writing. I am expecting our 2nd child. My doctor would like to see a copy of the operation notes as a precaution. My husband and I are Americans; we returned to the US in December 2006. My doctor and I would greatly appreciate it if you could send me the operation notes.
