"The ward was bright & only ..."

What I liked

The ward was bright & only had 6 beds per room, which made it more friendly. The staff were always very busy, but it didn't stop them being friendly & helpful. They were always in a good mood & made you feel comfortable.

What could be improved

I was there for 4 days & the first 3 days the ward was cleaned very professionally. Only on the last day when a different cleaner came in & only did half the room & then not to the same standard as the orginal cleaner who had been doing the job. The cleaner didn't change the mop head & the floor they had "cleaned " was still very dirty. It was a Saturday so the cleaner may not of had the training, but the floor was cleaner before they started on it !

Anything else?

Everyone I came across in the whole hospital were friendly & do a Great Job, apart from just one person who let the side down on the cleaning, shame as everyone else gets a 10/10 !
