What I liked

I was in ward 20 for a knee arthroscopy, the ward was extremely clean. All the ward staff and theatre staff were very helpfull, explaining things as they went along. My nurse for the day was very polite and helpfull nothing was too much trouble, as with the other staff.

What could be improved

Can't fault it.

Anything else?

I had been very anxious about it all for about 3 days before hand, if I had to go in again, I don't think I would be so worried. The staff are spot on.
